These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CleverRegistry. By creating an account or using the service as a gift-giver, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a CleverRegistry account. By signing up you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, not to use the service to harass any person, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the security of the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Gift-givers may browse public or unlisted registries without creating an account. Gift-givers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when marking a gift, leaving a message, or following an outbound retailer link. CleverRegistry acts only as the registry platform and is not a party to the transaction between gift-giver and retailer.
Wishing Well, Gift Card, and retained legacy group gift arrangements are made directly between gift-givers, families, and third-party retailers. CleverRegistry does not process Wishing Well or legacy group gift payments, hold funds, manage transfers, or issue, sell, hold, redeem, or manage gift card value.
Some retailer links may include affiliate tracking when a relevant program is configured, including Commission Factory, Amazon Associates, or a direct retailer program. When a gift-giver clicks an outbound product link we may receive a commission at no extra cost to the gift-giver. Commissions do not influence which retailers or products couples choose to add to their registry.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
